In most cases applying the correct amount of shims to the affected machine foot can solve the issue. However, in some cases, the soft foot can be extremely difficult to correct. My Interpretations: 1) As horizontal vibration is significantly higher than vertical vibration, it does not seems to be IMBALANCE. 2) I don't think SOFT FOOT is the reason because there is no twice line frequency in the spectrum.
