The email is titled "SD-0035890”, which is supposedly the name of the file being shared. The email address in to: field includes the sender’s email address. WebbFrom what I can tell, you can't report people mentioning you in a document that hasn't been shared with you. You can report it when they share a spam document with you, but the ones I've been getting (starting on May 28th, I'm at 183 of them as of 5 mins ago) are just mentioning me in their spam document and not sharing it.
