Based on race there are different colors of the default artifact druid form appearance. These colorations aren't available for all races unlike all other appearances. WebAs you said you cant get the new bear form that came from the mage tower anymore however you can still get the other colors for the normal bear form. You just need to do the legion achievements that unlock them. Look at the legion artifact guide for bears. The owl comes from the class hall quest line and broken shore quest lines.
