WebI have an HP officejet Pro 9015 and cartridge is stuck on the right side. I don’t see a paper jam. I called HP and spoke to someone, she tried different things and couldn’t make it work. My warranty has expired. Since she couldnt’ fix it, she told me she would help me buy a new one. I just bought this printer about 2 years ago. WebGo to Document Properties, Advanced => Paper/Output and change to A3. OR At bottom of Print dialogue, select Page Setup In that dialogue box you have Size and Source.. I had an issue with A3 paper always sitting in my bottom tray. I made a cover out of cardboard to stop the dust. It is annoying. Apparently it is part of their cost savings.
