WebNov 7, 2015 · My solution to the same problem was to build a ramp that is 4' wide x 3' long x 8" high. It is heavy since the base is 2 sections of 3 ft long 2" x 8" cut diagonally. That gives me 4 sections which form the legs which supports the plywood platform. The platform is cut from a piece of 3/4 or 7/8" plywood.
